Dr. Veronica Hayduk, sees patients Tuesday through Friday starting at 11:00 am through 7:00 pm.
Any appointment may be scheduled for the office or virtually with Dr. Hayduk. Virtual consultations are just like regular office visits and a treatment plan is also created in the same way. We never schedule more than one patient at a time and do not see actively ill patients. We also adhere to strict sanitization between each patient to protect everyone.
We can provide a Superbill for your insurance reimbursement. We are sorry, but it is a Maryland legislature decision, not ours, that we cannot accept any insurance payment at this time, unlike conventional medicine practices. You may be reimbursed by your insurance provider and can call the number on the back of your card to inquire. At this moment, do not submit to Medicare or Medicaid, they will not cover the visit.
After your consultation with Dr. Hayduk, she will compile a personalized typed ‘blueprint for optimal health’, a treatment plan. It features key points and recommendations discussed at your appointment. Dr. Hayduk understands that visit are intensive, with a lot of information provided and your blueprint is a perpetual reminder of your naturopathic medicine treatment goals and your plan to achieve optimal health – naturally!
Your time with Dr. Veronica Hayduk is for you and you alone. To secure this opportunity, a one time $100 deposit is now required for all first-time appointments and for those patients returning from more than a year ago. This deposit is due when you make the appointment. A PayPal invoice will be emailed to you or do call the office to arrange payment. This deposit is applied as a credit to your appointment and the remaining balance will be due at the end of your consultation. Remember that there is no appointment scheduled for you without a deposit.
Yes, many health concerns are treatable in one visit, but most require a few additional consultations to achieve the natural health goals you have in mind. Follow-up visits are typically two to eight weeks later after the first appointment. It is important to have at least one follow-up visit to assess lab work and your progress and to also make sure you fully understand the treatment plan.
We do not ask our patients to pre-pay for consultations or have any ‘membership fee’.
First Comprehensive Appointment including Typed Naturopathic Medicine Blueprint Treatment Plan – 90 min to 120 mins: $475.
Naturopathic Oncology (Cancer) Initial Appointment including Naturopathic Medicine Blueprint Treatment Plan – 2 to 3 hours: $575.
Follow-up visits are usually an hour and are $265. Follow-up primary care visits for oncology or those requiring more than one hour is $285 – $350.
If it has been over six months since your last appointment with Dr. Hayduk, more than an hour appointment is needed. Please select new patient appointment and fee for service is $295 – $395 depending on length of visit. If it’s been six years or more since your last visit, you would become a new patient again and schedule accordingly.
Brief appointments are 30 minutes or less and are $95-$150. These consults are strictly timed and used for clarifications from a recent treatment plan or minor concerns. It is not a replacement for a typical office visit. These appointments are usually virtual or over the phone, not in person. No typed treatment plan is provided. Please specify when scheduling if the appointment is to be short and understand that any other communication with Dr. Hayduk beyond this visit will be billable.
We accept cash and all major credit cards for your convenience. Yes, flexible spending and health savings accounts are easily usable.
Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled service time and are responsible for the full appointment fee.
